acumen7 – network of choice

acumen7 enjoyed a highly productive 2009 moving closer to its goal of ‘network of choice’ for board and senior management support. Membership now stands at 26 and members continue to be busy helping clients at a senior level in a wide variety of industries and organisations.  As the network has grown, the breadth and depth of skills represented has multiplied and this remains one of the unique characteristics of acumen7.

Two start-up businesses have been formed by acumen7 members during the year, in the fields of micro hydro generation and offsite construction respectively.  Many more examples of less formal co-operation have arisen where members have worked together to bring a broader range of expertise to bear on a client’s issues.

acumen7 and its members move into 2010 ready to engage with their clients in addressing the pressing issues brought about by economic recession.
