Japanese consultants confer with acumen7 team

“The discussion was a fascinating opportunity for us to find out more about the Japanese approach to PPPs” said Simon Murray.  “It reminded us that whilst there might be a common language around PPPs and PFI, the ways in which these relationships work vary considerably from country to country according to culture and historic relationships between the public and private sectors”.
