acumen7 Dinner at Boodles

On 21st December 2009, 42 members and guests sat down to a delicious christmas dinner in the unique atmosphere of Boodles in St.James’s. Sadly a few people were prevented from attending due to the extraordinary weather conditions which resulted in the closure of roads due to snow and ice all over the Home Counties. This was the sixth annual christmas dinner acumen7 have organised and it is rapidly becoming an institution although if the numbers continue to increase (we should have been 50 weather permitting) a larger venue may have to be found!

Guests speaker was Steve Morgan of BAA whose entertaining and poignant words were appreciated by all.

“This is definitely one of the social highlights of our calendar. A wonderful opportunity to get together” said acumen7 director Simon Pratt who very kindly hosted the evening.
