Originally from the building and construction industry, specifically architecture, consulting engineering, and information management & systems with expertise in business analysis and project management, he now works across a range of market sectors providing business improvements consulting. Martyn has formed two business and management consulting start-up companies within the last two years: MNK Consulting Ltd and Europe Build Limited. He has been programme manager for the Enterprise Ireland Innovation Capability Programme for the Off Site Construction Sector.

Since 2008 he has also been the President of the IIBA UK Chapter developing the business strategy, establishing an operational board in 2008/9, and growing membership by 150%. He also organised and chaired the first ever Business Analysis Conference held in the UK in September 2009 with delegates from over 11 countries and 300 attendees.

Martyn is an entrepreneur who brings a high level of professionalism and leadership to his clients who include: BAA, QinetiQ, Buildoffsite, and Enterprise Ireland.
