Skill detail, track record and services provided
Since 1999 major activities have included San Francisco, Hong Kong and Sydney airports; Gateway review of Sydney Metro; client advisor to DP World and interim management to Ørestedsseleskabet. As Crossrail’s Programme Director, Graham put in place the framework for project delivery. Graham is client advisor to Virginia Ports Authority for the expansion of Craney Island to allow the development of a container terminal. He is a Dispute Review Board Member for Chacayes Hydroelectric Power project in Chile and a Member of the London Mayor’s steering committee examining the potential opportunities within the Thames Estuary.
In South Africa Graham was part of the initiative which developed the civil engineering business establishing Arup as a major civil consultant in addition to its core business in building engineering. Graham is the author of numerous articles and technical papers with particular emphasis on practical solutions to engineering issues. He was awarded the prestigious Telford Medal by the ICE.
