Having acted across the full range of disciplines, he has experience of change management, startup, closure, and of M & A. Originally schooled in the rigorous discipline of Operations, he has a proven track record of success. Scott has managed in excess of 1200 people, £500M turnover and has closed a single contract for £100M. Scott has extensive international experience and a thorough understanding of supplying into the Automotive and Construction Industries.

Having worked closely with people from the boardroom to the shopfloor he is able to implement change drawing on first hand experience in some of the harshest business environments.
